John studied in England and at McGill University specializing in Sales and Marketing. He founded J.A. Enterprises in 1990, better known as Super-Nanny today and is still traveling overseas regularly to interview and evaluate potential candidates. As father of three girls, he understands the challenges of raising children in a fast changing environment. Many of his first clients are still with him today.

Equipped with a Bachelor in International Business, and nine years of overseas work experience in South East Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Prior to that, she owned and operated her own company for seventeen years.
